Job Description

Aventas is on the hunt for motivated sales representatives to join our growing team!

We are Canada's FASTEST growing sales and marketing organization with 6 locations and over 140 sales reps across Ontario. In 2023 we were able to help our client Telus acquire over 150,000 customers through face-to-face interactions.

We view our business as an entrepreneurial training ground. Sales, training, leadership and public speaking are things that are developed on a daily basis.

A successful sales representative will be in the field sourcing new sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals! We are not looking for someone with a ton of experience because every candidate will be paired with a seasoned Field Manager.

What you will do as a sales representative!

• Engage with new customers by having educated conversations around Cellphones, Internet, Security and TV
• Attend sales and leadership seminars
• Develop public speaking skills
• Learn the art of the sale
• Identify a customers needs and deliver presentations
• Opportunities to work at events like the CNE and Montreal Grand Prix !

Qualifications:

• Ambitious self starter

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

• 1-2 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is an asset
